2. How to Delete Your Account
Option 1: From Website
- Login to your account
- Go to Profile Settings
- Click Delete Account
Option 2: Request via Email
Send a request to contact@kissmah.com.
Subject: Account Deletion Request
Include:
- Registered email
- Name (optional for verification)
3. What Happens After Deletion
- Your profile will be permanently removed
- Matches, messages, and personal data will be deleted
- Some data may be retained as required by law, for fraud prevention, or security purposes
- Verified information may be retained only as long as necessary for operational purposes (for example, free second event eligibility) or as required by law
4. Timeline
We aim to process deletion requests promptly. Unsuccessful applicant data is deleted within a reasonable period after the event cycle concludes.
5. Children’s Privacy
Our services are strictly for individuals aged 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.
