- Registration data (registration is free): full name, date of birth, gender, marital status, faith/religion, U.S. residency status, and contact information (email, phone, address).
- Verification materials: government-issued ID. These are used solely for eligibility verification and for verification during the event.
- Payment information: collected only if you accept an invitation. The invitation fee (from $250) is processed by Stripe and PayPal, third-party payment processors. We do not store full credit card details or PayPal login details; we receive only limited information such as payment status, amount, date and the last four digits of a card.
- Communications: emails or messages you send to us.
B. Information collected automatically
- Usage data (app and website interactions, IP address, device type, browser type).
- Photographs taken at events (see Section 6.5).
6.3 How We Use Your Information
- To verify your eligibility (age 21+, U.S. residence).
- To send formal invitation emails within 3 weeks of complete registration.
- To administer the “no match, free second event” guarantee.
- To communicate event dates, venue locations (disclosed only via official invitation) and updates.
- To process invitation fees (charged only when you accept an invitation) in line with our Refund Policy.
- To improve our services and maintain security.
- With your explicit consent: to use event photographs for promotional purposes (see Section 6.5).
6.4 Sharing Your Information
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share data only:
- With venue partners: limited to details necessary for event entry, disclosed only after invitation.
- With service providers: payment processors (Stripe and PayPal), email delivery services and verification tools, all bound by confidentiality.

- Within the app: only profile information you explicitly choose to make visible to other attendees during the event period.

6.5 Event Photography and Promotional Use
We take photographs at events for marketing and promotional purposes. By attending, you acknowledge that photography may occur.
- Opt-out right: you may opt out of being included in promotional materials by emailing us before the event. On site, please identify yourself to event staff.
- We will never include your personal contact information with photos.
- If you appear in a photo used publicly, it may be associated with Kissmah but will not be linked to your profile data without separate consent.
6.6 Data Security and Retention
- All information undergoes thorough verification in a credible, safe environment.
- Personal information is kept secure and confidential using encryption and access controls.
- Verified information is retained only as long as necessary for operational purposes (for example, to fulfil free second event eligibility) or as required by law.
- Unsuccessful applicant data is deleted within a reasonable period after the event cycle concludes.
